About us
GTL International are based in Felixstowe, home of Britain's premier port, though we are able to go to any other port. With our international operators licence we can travel into Europe if required.
Our experience spans three decades and includes all things haulage related connected to the port.
We operate a lorry mounted crane, a 44 tonne artic, fitted with a 65 tonne/metre crane. It is used, primarily, to deliver sale containers to customers premises. It does also undertake some import work where the customer requires their container to be unloaded on the ground. We are also equipped to carry hazardous loads, which combined with the crane places us in an unusual position to lift and carry hazardous containers.

Crane equipped vehicle
We operate an artic with a 65 tonne/metre crane, perfect for delivering to site and lifting into position empty or lightly loaded import containers.
Our network allows us to supply much larger cranes if necessary.
Sidelifter trailers
For more heavily loaded containers we are able to offer sidelifter trailers. They are designed to lift, quickly and safely, loaded containers from the trailer to the ground and vice versa.
Road haulage
Urgent load to move? A batch of import containers to arrange delivery for? A lifetime spent around road transport gives us a fantastic wealth of experience and a network of professional contacts. This allows us to offer you the ability to move any freight, from an envelope to an oversize load. Based close to the Port of Felixstowe we are your friend at the Port.
Special projects
We'll make an imposing project less daunting. We are experienced in the logistics management of building projects, corporate and festival events. We will manage your logistics requirements throughout your project's life and give fresh insight into the movement of your equipment and stock.
Import/Export container consultancy
Are you experiencing problems with your container? We're your friend at Felixstowe. We can smooth your containers' passage from the ship to the delivery point. We are also able to collect your import container and devan (unload it) at our depot in Ipswich. From here we can offer you an option to deliver the freight on a suitable vehicle or you can collect it yourself.
